Labor Contracts and Plans
The majority of employees at ºÚÁÏÍø are represented by a labor union. ºÚÁÏÍø has four unions that represent over 98% of our employees. are responsible for negotiating and updating contracts.

– Minnesota Association of Professional Employees
– Middle Management Association
– Minnesota State College Faculty Association
Some positions are excluded from union representation. Minnesota Management and Budget are responsible for creating and updating contracts.
